Minnesota Reading Corps members serve to increase the
literacy skills of at-risk children ages 3 to grade 3 by
providing qualified, well-trained AmeriCorps members and
community volunteers to tutor children identified below target
level who need extra help to improve their literacy skills.
Members serve in Head Start agencies, community-based
preschools, and elementary schools. |
