The main focus of AmeriCorps members serving with Multicultural
Communities in Action is to provide educational and literacy
assistance to youth and teens in public schools, alternative
schools, and after-school non-profit programs. Additionally,
some members also recruit community volunteers to assist in the
after-school non-profit programs and assist adults with
employment skills training and counseling. We have 40 full time
positions that are located in Minneapolis and St. Paul. |
