About Math Corps

Math Corps is on a mission to make sure every student has the math skills they need to succeed.

Tutors in Math Corps serve at a local school to help students improve their math skills. Not a math whiz? Not a problem – Math Corps trains tutors to deliver proven activities and coaches tutors every step of the way.

With the extra attention and support, students’ growth in math is incredible. Students who are ready for algebra by the end of 8th grade are much more likely to excel in school and in their future careers.

Math Corps members can also fast track their teaching careers through the Minnesota Grow Your Own Teacher initiative. Learn more.
