
About College Possible
Since 2000, College Possible has helped 17,300 students transform their dreams into reality by guiding them through every step of the college journey. From high school through graduation, their dedicated staff and AmeriCorps coaches provide personalized support, ensuring that each student not only gets into college but thrives there—at no cost to them or their families. College Possible began in Saint Paul and now has grown nationally, with eight regional locations and eight university partners across the country.

Preferred Qualifications
- Desire to work in a growing nonprofit organization with a strong commitment to the mission of helping students earn admission to college and persist toward degree completion.
- Adaptability, flexibility, creativity, and commitment to excellence
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively interpret data and reports.
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Top quality organization skills, unwavering ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and handle potentially stressful situations calmly and appropriately.
- Willingness and ability to take initiative and thrive in new environments.
- Motivated and able to work independently as well as with a team.
- Able to establish and maintain cooperative professional relationships.
Requirements
- You are a college graduate within the last five years
- You do not exceed the age of 27 by the start of the program
- All AmeriCorps members must:
- Have served less than four AmeriCorps service terms
- Be able to pass a criminal history background check. College Possible and the school you serve with may have additional security requirements to complete before you start your service.
- Be a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, or lawful permanent resident of the U.S.
- They’re able to take on immediate responsibility for College Possible’s outcomes
- They have an opportunity to change lives in just one year of service
- They gain valuable professional experience to prepare for future jobs and prestigious graduate school programs
- They’re part of a multifaceted and talented team
