John Ellenberger served as Senior Vice President, Land O’Lakes, Inc., and Executive Director of Land O’Lakes Venture37, a 501(c)(3) non-profit founded in 1981 before retiring in 2025. Prior to joining Land O’Lakes, John led corporate marketing at American Medical Systems and spent 15 years in various marketing and general management roles at General Mills, Inc. He earned his bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University of Minnesota and participated in professional development programs at Harvard Business School and Kellogg School of Management. He previously served on the Board of Directors for Gillette Children’s hospital and clinics.
