Linda Gilligan

Linda Gilligan, of Edina, was an officer in the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis internal audit function serving as assistant general auditor from January 1998 to September 2000, when she was appointed by the Board of Directors as general auditor, reporting to the audit committee. She served in this role through the end of 2015, and retired from the Federal Reserve effective February 2016. This pedigree is rare and so important to our fiduciary work. Linda is currently an accounting instructor at the Herberger Business School of St. Cloud State University teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in corporate governance, internal auditing, fraud and forensics, and financial and managerial accounting. Linda is on the ServeMinnesota Commission as a community member representative and also serves on the Ampact board.
