Mauricio León Méndez serves on the board of ServeMinnesota, contributing to the oversight of the AmeriCorps program in the state. Professionally, Mauricio is an Economic Policy Analyst at the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA), where he integrates economic analysis into environmental regulations and the state’s Climate Action Framework. He is a proud alumnus of the Humphrey School of Public Affairs (MS-STEP ’17) and is currently pursuing his PhD there, focusing on the implementation of state and local climate policy.
