Alice Werle joined ServeMinnesota as the Evaluation Manager in March 2026. She manages evaluation and reporting on strategic initiatives including Reading Corps, Math Corps, and Early Learning Corps. She also manages member and site surveys including career and alumni outcomes. Alice has a passion for AmeriCorps and the innumerable ways service impacts students, communities, and members.
Prior to joining ServeMinnesota, Alice was the Senior Manager of Initiatives at Ampact, overseeing implementation of program innovation projects, research studies, and teacher pathway programs. She has experienced multiple layers of AmeriCorps having served as a member, a site supervisor, and a program director as well. She credits AmeriCorps for her best friends, her beloved community, and her career path. Alice holds a Bachelor’s of Applied Science in Psychology from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
