Janet Johnson serves as Vice President of Operations at ServeMinnesota. She has more than 30 years experience as a human services professional and demonstrated success in multiple functions of nonprofit management and service delivery. Johnson has served in several different positions at ServeMinnesota and contributed to the growth and success of the organization for nearly 20 years. As a member of the senior leadership team, she oversees the work of the program staff, daily operations, including risk management, staffing, human resources, administrative functions and compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
