Shelby Becker

Shelby Becker joined ServeMinnesota as our Office Manager in June 2025. She serves as a vital connector across teams—welcoming new staff, coordinating benefits, managing vendor relationships, and keeping our systems humming. She is responsible for providing essential support over daily office logistics, and key human resources functions, helping staff feel supported, informed, and connected to our mission.

Shelby is a dedicated and results-driven management professional with over 10 years of experience in human resources, accounting, and administrative leadership. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Management Emphasis. And additionally, two Associate degrees in Industrial Technology and Marketing/ Management. Shelby is a born and raised true Minnesotan who understands and embodies all aspects of the state’s unique culture and lifestyle.
