Stephanie Moncada is a strategic communications executive with more than 25 years of experience advising global organizations on reputation, employee engagement, corporate communications and crisis management. She currently serves as a strategic advisor to Pulsar Helium, supporting the commercialization of its high-grade helium resource in northeastern Minnesota.
Previously, Stephanie held communications leadership roles at Trane Technologies and BAE Systems, following the start of her career at Weber Shandwick. At Trane Technologies, she led the global communications function for nearly 45,000 employees and created the company’s We Move Food™ program, which provided more than 13 million meals to families experiencing food instability across North America. She was recognized as one of the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal‘s Top 50 Women in Business in 2019.
Stephanie earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Minnesota State University, Mankato and lives in Saint Paul with her husband.
