Joseph Nayquonabe, Jr., of Onamia, earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing at St. Cloud State and his MBA from the University of Minnesota and his Master of Tribal Administration & Governance from the University of Minnesota-Duluth. Joseph serves as the Tribal Representative.
