Carol is CFO of Delta Dental of Minnesota and the other Insurance Divisions of Delta Dental and Interim CFO, EVP & Assistant Treasurer of it’ parent, Stratacor. She joined Stratacor in 2019 and became Insurance Division CFO in 2021. As CFO, she oversees all Financial and Accounting Operations of the company including Treasury, Billing, Underwriting, Actuarial, Investments, and Tax and Financial Reporting. Previously, Carol owned and ran her own home healthcare company for 10 years and before that worked in the financial services industry for over 20 years. Carol also worked in public accounting for 3 years, obtaining her CPA licensure, which is now inactive.
Carol received her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Lehigh University and her MBA, with a concentration in Finance, from the University of St. Thomas.
Carol has served on the Board of Trustees for the National MS Society, including terms as Treasurer and Chair, and on the Board of Directors of Lakeshore Players Theater (White Bear Lake) as Treasurer.
Outside the office, Carol’s hobbies include gardening, reading fiction, taking Pilates classes and attending concerts and theater productions.
Carol is from Connecticut originally but is a long-time resident of White Bear Lake where she raised her daughter, Emily, who is also a CPA.
