Jane Leonard, of St. Paul and Isle Harbor Township (in Mille Lacs County), retired in 2022 as president of Growth & Justice. She currently chairs the Minnesotans for the American Community Survey & 2030 Census (MACS) board and serves on the Trillium Family Foundation board. Previously she worked for the State of Minnesota as the broadband grants administrator, community faculty member at Metropolitan State University, senior manager at the Bush Foundation, and as president of Minnesota Rural Partners. Jane earned her Master of Arts in mass communications from the University of Minnesota and her Bachelor of Science in journalism and agriculture from the University of Maryland. Jane serves as a community member representative.
