Jennifer Bartels, of Minneapolis, is the Vice President of People & Impact at Big Brothers Big Sisters Twin Cities. Her areas of expertise include the employee experience, change management, process improvement, leadership coaching, strategic planning and accountability, and board governance. Jennifer serves as a community member representative and also serves on the board of Doing Good Together nonprofit.
